Step into a rewarding role providing speech-language services for elementary students in a supportive educational environment near Saint Paul, MN. This contract opportunity runs now through June 5th, offering you the chance to make a significant impact during the school year. You'll serve approximately 50 elementary-aged students, working in one or two buildings located in Cottage Grove. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced clinicians or Clinical Fellows ready to grow with supervision provided.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
  • Valid license to practice in Minnesota (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience or strong interest in serving pediatric and elementary-aged populations
  • Comfortable working in school-based or educational settings
  • Effective communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate elementary students for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with teachers and families
  • Provide direct therapy, monitor progress, and adjust goals as needed
  • Document services and maintain compliance with school and state/federal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer support and resources to families and staff to enhance student success
