Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Saint Paul, Minnesota

Help support students’ growth and communication skills as a contracted speech-language professional! Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders (for SLPs)
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Eligibility for state licensure
• Experience or interest in pediatric or school-based settings
• Teletherapy experience a plus
• Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) candidates who meet healthcare or educational qualifications are also considered
• Strong communication, teamwork, and record-keeping skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Deliver services in-person and/or via teletherapy, as required
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student goals
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP development, and team conferences
• Offer guidance and support to SLPA staff (if applicable)
