Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLP roles; associate or bachelor’s degree for SLPA roles
• State licensure (MN or eligible for MN licensure)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred for SLP positions, or CFY candidates are welcome
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience highly valued
• Teletherapy experience beneficial, but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Compassionate approach to supporting diverse student populations

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech-language impairments
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Utilize teletherapy platforms if assigned to provide remote services
• Support and guide SLPA team members
• Monitor student progress and maintain thorough, timely documentation
• Engage with school staff to help integrate communication strategies into the classroom
