Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders (for SLPs)
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Eligibility for state licensure
- Experience or interest in pediatric or school-based settings
- Teletherapy experience a plus
- Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) candidates who meet healthcare or educational qualifications are also considered
- Strong communication, teamwork, and record-keeping skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver services in-person and/or via teletherapy, as required
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP development, and team conferences
- Offer guidance and support to SLPA staff (if applicable)
