  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) for SLPs or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Relevant healthcare and school-based SLP or SLPA experience, particularly in pediatrics
  • Experience or interest in teletherapy services for remote student support
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and caregivers
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a school-based setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to students with diverse needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and other specialists
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver effective interventions when necessary
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, tracking student progress and meeting compliance requirements
  • Participate in team meetings to share progress, recommendations, and insights for program development
  • Mentor and support SLPAs and collaborate with other clinicians for best student outcomes
