Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Appropriate state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure for Minnesota schools
  • Experience or strong interest in working within pediatric and educational settings
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to develop educational plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for a school-aged population
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and interventions in accordance with state and federal requirements
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions both individually and in group formats, adapting strategies to meet diverse student needs
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation, progress reports, and parent communications
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development and provide staff consultation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities as needed
