School Speech Language Pathologist - Saint Paul, MN

Step into a vital role providing speech-language pathology services in a supportive school environment near Saint Paul, MN. This contract opportunity offers the chance to inspire student success during the 2026-2027 school year, working onsite for 32 hours a week. You’ll play a central part in a collaborative team, delivering impactful interventions, assessments, and support to students who need your expertise.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Active state licensure or eligibility for Minnesota
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to adapt strategies to a diverse student population
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in group and individual settings
• Communicate progress and strategies with teachers, families, and staff
• Contribute as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation
• Participate in professional development activities
