Step into a fulfilling role providing speech-language pathology services in a vibrant school community near Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this onsite, contract position for the 2026-2027 academic year, you’ll work 32 hours each week supporting students’ communication development and educational success.

Your expertise as a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) will empower you to make a positive difference, designing and implementing interventions tailored to a variety of student needs. This assignment runs from August 24, 2026, through June 11, 2027, with a focus on collaborative, student-centered practice.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a school-based SLP
  • Prior experience in educational settings highly valued
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to professional ethics and evidence-based practice

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students individually and in small groups
  • Perform assessments to identify needs and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Document student progress and provide regular updates to teachers and families
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to promote students’ academic and social growth
  • Offer training and resources to school personnel for inclusive communication support
  • Contribute to a positive, responsive, and safe school environment
