Step into a rewarding role providing vital speech-language services to students ranging from Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) through 12th grade. For the upcoming school year, an experienced and flexible SLP is needed to help bridge leaves of absence for the onsite speech team. As you rotate between a K-5 caseload and a 9-12 caseload, you’ll collaborate with dedicated educational professionals and make a difference for students through the spring semester.

This full-time, contract opportunity runs from August 24, 2025, to approximately March 31, 2026, for a total of 40 hours per week. The dynamic caseload of approximately 45-50 students will allow you to work directly with both elementary and high school learners, supporting their communication growth and academic success.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP license in Minnesota
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Previous experience working in school settings, with K-12 populations
  • Strong communication, organization, and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and provide services in multiple buildings

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population
  • Rotate between K-5 and 9-12 caseloads, ensuring seamless continuity of care
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers
  • Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and student support team consultations
