Embark on an exciting contract opportunity supporting secondary and high school students near Saint Paul, MN! This position is designed for speech-language pathologists passionate about fostering growth in adolescents and young adults, including those navigating secondary transition programs. With a manageable caseload of approximately 50 students, you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference while collaborating with educational teams and families.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible Minnesota SLP licensure
  • CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFYs encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience working in a school-based setting with secondary students is highly valued
  • Demonstrated skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for high school age groups
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities within multi-disciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students in secondary and transition programs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication goals
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities as required

Contract Details:

  • Assignment from August 24, 2026, to June 7, 2027
  • Full-time schedule, 37.5 to 40 hours per week
  • Serve approximately 50 students on your caseload
