Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid State of Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist licensure is required
- Professional Educator Credential (Level 2, 3, or 4) per state guidelines
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations highly desired
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to students across assigned sites according to IEP goals
- Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate documentation for student progress and services
- Collaborate with teachers, intervention specialists, and families to support students' educational success
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Travel between school sites as part of an itinerant service model
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning
