School Speech Language Pathologist - Saint Paul, Minnesota

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Minnesota State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Current SLP-CCC credentials
• Valid educator credential: Professional License, Level 2, 3, or 4 (per state requirements)
• Experience in a school setting highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic evaluations, therapeutic interventions, and progress monitoring for students with communication disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in student support team meetings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary school staff
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Help foster inclusive classroom environments and provide staff training as needed
• Advocate for students’ needs and growth within the school community
