Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid State of Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist licensure is required
  • Professional Educator Credential (Level 2, 3, or 4) per state guidelines
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations highly desired
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language services to students across assigned sites according to IEP goals
  • Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate documentation for student progress and services
  • Collaborate with teachers, intervention specialists, and families to support students' educational success
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Travel between school sites as part of an itinerant service model
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning
