What we're looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Minnesota
- CCC-SLP credential or candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred, but motivated new graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities with students, families, and staff
What you'll contribute:
- Assess and diagnose students’ communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide one-on-one and group speech therapy sessions
- Document student progress and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Support teachers and families with resources and strategies for classroom and home use
