What we're looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Minnesota
  • CCC-SLP credential or candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
  • Experience in a school-based setting is preferred, but motivated new graduates encouraged to apply
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities with students, families, and staff

What you'll contribute:

  • Assess and diagnose students’ communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide one-on-one and group speech therapy sessions
  • Document student progress and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
  • Support teachers and families with resources and strategies for classroom and home use
