We’re seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), and one additional professional to contribute to student growth and success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Hold valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Eligible for (or currently hold) Minnesota licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment and education plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency challenges
  • Develop tailored intervention plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive student care
  • Maintain accurate records and document therapy progress in compliance with state and school guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and supporting the overall educational goals for each student
  • Offer guidance and support to school staff regarding best practices in communication strategies
