This full-time position runs from the end of February through June 4, 2027, offering consistent daytime hours from 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. The role focuses on supporting students in ESCE (Early Childhood Special Education, approximately 70%) and K-5 (30%) settings, creating a dynamic and varied caseload.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Valid licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in Minnesota
  • Previous experience with school-aged children, especially in ESCE and elementary settings, highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt practices to diverse student needs and create inclusive learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and implement comprehensive speech and language therapy plans for assigned caseloads
  • Develop engaging, individualized treatment programs focused on student success
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
