Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a full-time contract role in an elementary school setting near Saint Paul, MN. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active SLP licensure in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain before start)
• CCC-SLP or CFY candidates considered
• Experience working with elementary-age students preferred
• Strong foundation in school-based speech and language services
• Proficient in individualized education plan (IEP) processes and documentation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Offer expertise in speech and language development within a supportive school environment
• Foster positive rapport with students and promote a growth-oriented therapy atmosphere
