School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Apple Valleyt, MN
Job Type: Full-Time; 35+ hours per week 
Dates: 8/24/2026- 6/11/27

Join a dedicated and collaborative school team in the Minneapolis area as a school based Speech-Language Pathologist.  This role offers the opportunity to partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to provide individualized services. Key Responsibilities:

• Screen students for speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication concerns
  Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine eligibility for special education and related services

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CF candidates encouraged to apply)
