School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Saint Peters, Missouri

Make a direct impact in K–12 settings working onsite as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. Two contract opportunities are available, supporting students in specialized district environments within the St. Louis, MO area. Assignments will be based primarily at Lemasters Elementary, with the possibility of assisting at additional locations depending on district needs. Flexibility to adapt as caseloads and locations shift is highly valued.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Missouri SLP or SLPA license
• Experience in school-based SLP settings preferred
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations, including many non-verbal students using AAC devices
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Completion of district fingerprinting, with TCN number submission as part of onboarding
• Willingness to sign and submit the required technology form
• Ability to work on-site for 37.5 hours per week, serving 1–2 school locations as needed
• Capacity for flexible assignment as district priorities change

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation and therapy services for students as assigned
• Support students’ communication needs—including those using AAC devices
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement appropriate IEPs
• Maintain timely, accurate service documentation
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed

What to Expect: You’ll serve a dynamic and supportive student population with up to 3400 service minutes on site in environments committed to helping every individual communicate to their fullest. Assignments are contract-based, with a start date as soon as possible through May 2027. A video prescreen interview is required.
