Make a meaningful impact by providing specialized speech and language services to students in a supportive school environment. This contract opportunity offers the ideal blend of flexibility and purpose, working just two days a week for approximately 2.5 hours each day with a focused caseload of seven students.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Holds or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) designation
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) in Florida for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience with pediatric populations, preferably within a school or teletherapy setting
  • Comfortable adapting services for both in-person and teletherapy intervention, as needed
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive communicator, and collaborative team member

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group therapy for students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Conduct thorough assessments and partner with educators and families to develop effective goals and treatment plans
  • Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions based on student growth
  • Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to ensure students make meaningful communication gains
  • Maintain compliance with all required documentation and participate in team meetings as appropriate
