Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active, approved state license (or eligibility) from the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged students is strongly desired
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Lead engaging therapy sessions to achieve speech and language targets
  • Diligently monitor and document student progress throughout the course of treatment
  • Work closely with educators, other therapists, and school staff to ensure comprehensive care
  • Involve and educate families, fostering their participation in the therapy process
