In this role, your expertise supports students who are unable to attend school in person, ensuring their communication and educational needs are met in a comfortable home setting. All services can be completed within one day, with a total time commitment of 5 hours per week, allowing you to maintain an excellent work-life balance while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy
• Comfortable traveling to student homes within the assigned area
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Compassionate and adaptable mindset to serve students with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one speech-language therapy for three homebound students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate effectively with families, teachers, and school teams
• Monitor progress and document all services provided
• Maintain compliance with school protocols and state regulations
