Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in school-based settings or with elementary-aged children preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
  • Commitment to fostering growth and progress in each student on your caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve a caseload of approximately 50 elementary students with diverse communication needs
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct, evidence-based therapy services within the school day
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
