Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license and CCC from ASHA
• Previous experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse learning needs
• Collaborative mindset for working in multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across varying caseloads
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations as required by IEPs
• Develop individualized treatment plans, set goals, and track progress for each student
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of services delivered
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning
• Leverage onsite TA support to facilitate therapy sessions and maximize instructional time
