Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Acceptance of candidates with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or strong Clinical Fellows (CF).
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy settings.
  • Skill in developing IEPs, conducting assessments, and collaborating with teachers and parents.
  • Compassion, excellent communication, and a student-centered approach.

Role Highlights:

  • Provide creative and individualized therapy for students across multiple grade levels.
  • Assess, document, and monitor progress, adjusting intervention plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a student-focused learning team.
  • Counsel and educate students, staff, and families about communication disorders and techniques.
