Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure and ASHA certification required
  • Open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFY welcome)
  • SLPA candidates with school or healthcare experience also encouraged to apply
  • Background in pediatric or educational settings is highly valued but not mandatory
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
  • Adaptability with a commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy
  • Comfortable with both in-person and teletherapy service provision

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to school-aged children, developing tailored treatment plans
  • Document student progress, maintain records, and contribute to IEP processes
  • Consult and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Provide support and supervision to SLPAs as appropriate
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in best practices
