What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid SLP license in Oregon
  • Experience or strong interest in working in school settings with K-12 populations
  • Ability to handle caseloads of 50-60 students if full time (pro-rated for part time)
  • Excellent collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
  • Strong knowledge of IEP processes and goal development
  • Commitment to providing direct therapy, consultation, and evaluation services onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in individual and group settings
  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, and contribute to comprehensive assessments
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
  • Communicate progress and recommendations clearly to parents, teachers, and support staff
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to school district guidelines
  • Provide consultative support and strategies to facilitate student success in classrooms
