Make a difference in the lives of infants and toddlers by joining dedicated teams providing speech-language services throughout Salem and South Marion County. Multiple full-time contract positions are available for the July 6, 2026 – June 11, 2027 term, focusing on early intervention and preschool-aged children (birth–3 years). You’ll play a vital role in achieving meaningful developmental outcomes through family-centered therapy and collaboration with other passionate professionals.
Key Qualifications:
- Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Oregon
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Background or strong interest in early intervention, pediatric populations, or school-based SLP roles
- Experience with teletherapy, healthcare, or school settings a plus
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and family engagement skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication services for infants and toddlers, both in-person and via teletherapy when appropriate
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments as part of Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) team
- Partner with families to develop and implement effective intervention strategies in natural environments
- Collaborate with service coordinators, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain clear documentation and timely reporting aligned with program requirements
