Make a genuine difference in the lives of infants and toddlers as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving communities throughout the Salem and South Marion County area. This full-time, school-year contract position offers multiple openings for dedicated SLPs eager to support early developmental milestones in a collaborative environment.
You’ll join a team that believes every child deserves individualized care and family-centered support. Your primary role will involve early intervention services for children birth through age 3, including comprehensive evaluations, individualized therapy sessions, and close partnership with families and Interagency Family Service Plan (IFSP) teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Oregon SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly valued; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of pediatric speech-language disorders, especially early intervention populations
- Experience with teletherapy services a plus
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Dedication to family engagement and holistic care
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for infants and toddlers
- Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy in home, early learning, and teletherapy settings
- Collaborate with IFSP teams, service coordinators, and caregivers
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation
- Educate and coach parents to maximize each child’s growth
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development
