This contract opportunity is perfect for SLPs passionate about supporting preschoolers during their most formative years, whether seasoned or launching their Clinical Fellowship.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold (or be eligible for) an Oregon SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong applicants completing Clinical Fellowship (CFY) welcomed
- Background in pediatric, preschool, or school-based speech-language pathology—healthcare and teletherapy experience valued
- Knowledge of best practices in individualized therapy, group intervention, and effective collaboration with IEP teams
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for building positive relationships with young learners and their families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children ages 3–5
- Design and deliver individualized therapy for both small groups and one-on-one sessions
- Collaborate closely with early childhood educators, special education professionals, families, and IEP teams to shape and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate records and advocate for the unique needs of each child
- Embrace innovative approaches, including teletherapy when needed, to reach each child’s full potential
