We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC, Clinical Fellow, or SLPA) for a contract, onsite role supporting students throughout the full school year. Opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time schedules based on your preference.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLP applicants
  • Current Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
  • SLPA credentialed candidates are also welcome
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities

Major Responsibilities:

  • Complete speech and language evaluations and ongoing assessments for students (PreK–12)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Accurately maintain documentation and ensure compliance with all state and district requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support strategies
