Qualifications & Experience:

• Active or pending state licensure as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist)
• SLP-CCC preferred; SLP-CF applicants welcomed
• Experience in school-based speech therapy, pediatrics, or healthcare settings a plus
• SLPA candidates with a background in school or healthcare speech therapy also considered
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, parents, and educators
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a support team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement targeted therapy sessions for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Document ongoing student progress and maintain required records for both direct and indirect services
• Provide consultation and resources to teachers, staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate in multi-disciplinary educational teams
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs within a supportive school setting
