Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active California SLP license required (CCC preferred)
- Prior experience as a school-based SLP in California highly valued
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency strongly desired
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Adaptability to work with a dynamic caseload and multiple school sites
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams for IEP development
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with legal and school-based requirements
- Serve as a resource and support for staff and family education relating to speech/language needs
