Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible California licensure for SLP required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff
  • Genuine enthusiasm for supporting students across a range of speech and language abilities
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments for students referred for speech and language services
  • Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals in alignment with best practices
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in group settings
  • Maintain accurate and timely student records and documentation as required by local and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide recommendations, resources, and training to staff and families as needed
