Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Salisbury, MD

Step into an exciting opportunity to support students as an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist, providing critical services within a vibrant educational setting. You’ll manage a caseload of approximately 40-50 students, delivering assessments, therapy, and collaborative support alongside dedicated staff and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP-CCC certification
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
• Prior experience in a K-12 or school-based setting preferred
• Strong skills in planning, communication, and documentation
• Passion for working with diverse learners and supporting their unique needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy in-person to students on your caseload
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student progress
• Maintain clear, timely records and document progress according to district and professional standards
• Attend meetings such as IEPs to present findings and recommendations
• Employ best practices to support students’ speech, language, and communication development
