Speech-Language Pathologist in Salisbury, NC

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in the Salisbury, NC area, within a school setting, on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to provide vital speech and language services to students, supporting their communication development and academic success. The contract runs from ASAP through May 28, 2026, with guaranteed weekly hours of 37.5 per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) focused on speech and language goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
• Document services and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
• Utilize ECATS system for reporting and managing student data

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid North Carolina SLP license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Experience working in a school-based setting
• Proficiency with ECATS or similar student tracking systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to student-centered therapy and inclusive educational practices
