Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license (CCC preferred)
  • Previous school-based experience or familiarity with IEP processes
  • Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders in a pediatric population
  • Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and fellow professionals
  • Adaptable and organized approach to managing varying caseloads
  • Proficient in documentation and using digital platforms for treatment planning and progress tracking

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in line with school and state guidelines
  • Deliver direct and group therapy sessions targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills
  • Consult with teachers and families to support students’ communication needs across academic settings
  • Maintain thorough, timely records of evaluations, goals, progress, and therapy outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary collaboration, and professional development activities as appropriate
