Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Salisbury, NC

Seeking a dedicated and resourceful Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver impactful services to K-12 students in a supportive school environment. Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Previous experience in a pediatric, school, or healthcare setting highly valued
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs
• Comfortable with both in-person and virtual service models

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Support students in both individual and group settings to maximize educational and social outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure cohesive care and communication
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data in compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
