Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP license in Utah (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates considered
  • Prior experience in a K-12 educational environment highly valued
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech-language therapy to students with a variety of communication needs
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as needed
