Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or pending SLP license in Utah
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • School-based experience or strong interest in working within educational settings
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • A collaborative spirit and commitment to inclusive practices

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs
  • Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and maintain thorough documentation of progress
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student learning and success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide training as needed to staff and families
  • Adapt intervention strategies to suit individual goals and classroom environments
