Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and CCC credential.
- Experience delivering therapy and evaluations in schools or pediatric environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, comfortable with IEP collaboration.
- Skilled in tailoring interventions for diverse speech or language needs.
- Ability to organize caseloads, manage documentation, and meet timelines.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose students with a range of speech or language challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals.
- Conduct direct and consultative speech/language therapy sessions.
- Collaborate regularly with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress.
- Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and communication strategies.
- Participate in IEP meetings, screenings, and team planning.
