Speech Language Pathologist in San Anselmo, CA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in California (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior school-based SLP experience preferred, but all passionate candidates encouraged to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families
• Ability to design individualized treatment plans and adapt services to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive educational environments
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services
• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide training and resources to staff and families to facilitate student growth
