Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and CCC credential.
• Experience delivering therapy and evaluations in schools or pediatric environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, comfortable with IEP collaboration.
• Skilled in tailoring interventions for diverse speech or language needs.
• Ability to organize caseloads, manage documentation, and meet timelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose students with a range of speech or language challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals.
• Conduct direct and consultative speech/language therapy sessions.
• Collaborate regularly with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress.
• Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and communication strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings, screenings, and team planning.
