Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a full-time caseload

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in-person
  • Manage documentation, progress reporting, and maintain compliance with district and federal requirements
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to maximize student success
  • Provide consultation and support to staff and families regarding speech-language needs
  • Serve as a reliable, integral member of the student support team
