Step into an exciting opportunity working as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) within a vibrant school environment near San Anselmo, CA! Two full-time contract SLPs are needed to provide coverage during maternity leaves for the upcoming school year. This is your chance to make a measurable difference in students' lives, offering support and expertise from August to end of September (Position 1) or August to end of December (Position 2).

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Valid state licensure for California (or eligibility for quick reciprocity)
  • Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to organize and manage a varied caseload across grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation and student records compliant with state and federal requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to maximize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide insight for accommodations or modifications
  • Adapt therapy approaches for both individual and group settings
