What you’ll bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to organize caseload, manage IEP documentation, and maintain thorough records
  • Adaptability and commitment to meeting the needs of diverse learners

Your daily impact:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEPs
  • Provide direct therapy in group and individual settings
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance and progress reporting
  • Stay current with best practices, attending professional development as required
