Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech Language Pathologist for the first nine-week period of the upcoming school year. This assignment is located just outside San Antonio, TX, offering the chance to work on-site across two school campuses and make a real impact during a key maternity leave. Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) license required
  • Bilingual skills highly preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly desired
  • Ability to supervise a bilingual SLPA
  • Preparedness to undergo fingerprinting and background check
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to a diverse K-12 student population
  • Manage a dynamic caseload (details to be determined), ensuring individualized and effective intervention
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
  • Supervise and mentor a bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
  • Accurately maintain student records and contribute to IEP development
  • Participate in team meetings and district initiatives as required

You’ll be working full-time, with 37.5 hours each week, from August 17, 2026, through October 9, 2026, in a supportive school environment where bilingual expertise is especially valued. The competitive pay range reflects your years of experience in a school-based SLP role.
