Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) license required
- Bilingual skills highly preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly desired
- Ability to supervise a bilingual SLPA
- Preparedness to undergo fingerprinting and background check
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to a diverse K-12 student population
- Manage a dynamic caseload (details to be determined), ensuring individualized and effective intervention
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
- Supervise and mentor a bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- Accurately maintain student records and contribute to IEP development
- Participate in team meetings and district initiatives as required
