Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Flexibility to transition between school sites as needed
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload effectively
- Commitment to collaborative work within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments and therapy to students with speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Offer consultation and training to staff regarding speech and language strategies
- Adapt services to a rotating set of campuses based on district requirements
