You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference across multiple campuses within a well-established district, initially beginning at a local high school and transitioning to additional locations according to student needs.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong passion for helping students succeed, flexibility to adapt to new settings, and expertise in speech-language pathology within a school environment. Bilingual skills are highly valued but not required, providing you with an added edge in creating inclusive, accessible learning environments for a diverse student population.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • School-based SLP experience preferred
  • Flexibility to transition between school sites as needed
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not mandatory
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload effectively
  • Commitment to collaborative work within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic assessments and therapy to students with speech and language needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to ensure optimal student outcomes
  • Offer consultation and training to staff regarding speech and language strategies
  • Adapt services to a rotating set of campuses based on district requirements
