Essential Qualifications:
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (professional license required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; CFYs are welcome with supervision provided
- Completion of all time-sensitive credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting/background check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible, solution-focused approach when working in changing school environments
- Ability and willingness to travel between multiple campuses within an assigned cluster
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in assigned schools
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Complete thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
