You'll work on-site across multiple schools in a well-established cluster, helping students unlock their communication potential.

Whether you're a seasoned SLP or a Clinical Fellow (CFY) seeking supervision, this role provides plenty of room for professional growth. Your assignment will be determined post-interview, working with diverse students across age groups at both elementary and secondary levels.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (professional license required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; CFYs are welcome with supervision provided
  • Completion of all time-sensitive credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting/background check
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible, solution-focused approach when working in changing school environments
  • Ability and willingness to travel between multiple campuses within an assigned cluster

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in assigned schools
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Complete thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school district requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
