Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold a valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience delivering pediatric speech-language therapy, especially within school settings
- Proficiency working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary school teams
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners and adapting interventions accordingly
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain accurate records
- Liaise effectively with educators, parents, and other therapists to ensure holistic support
- Offer consultative support to classroom teachers regarding strategies and accommodations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the problem-solving process
- Serve across two assigned campuses, supporting students from different grade levels
