Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous school-based SLP experience, especially with high school populations, is advantageous
• Bilingual skills are valued, though not required
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for high school students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
