Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Active and valid SLP license in Texas (or eligible for licensure).

  • Previous experience in a school-based setting (preferred).
  • Ability to connect with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to drive student success.
  • Document progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support holistic educational goals.
