Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license in the state (Certificate of Clinical Competence [CCC] required)
  • Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to provide in-person services on campus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to students
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals for student support
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings; prepare thorough reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Provide strategies and resources to faculty and families to promote generalization of skills
