Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or educational environment
  • Familiarity with IEPs, progress reporting, and school-based therapy models
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site speech-language therapy for students requiring intervention services
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to maximize student success
  • Complete all required documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Adapt therapy techniques to suit the needs of children with diverse backgrounds and abilities
