Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or educational environment
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress reporting, and school-based therapy models
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site speech-language therapy for students requiring intervention services
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to maximize student success
- Complete all required documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Adapt therapy techniques to suit the needs of children with diverse backgrounds and abilities
