Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in school settings
  • Skilled in administering assessments, developing therapy plans, and providing engaging interventions
  • Strong communicator, dedicated to partnering with teachers, families, and other professionals
  • Familiarity with healthcare documentation and compliance guidelines
  • Teletherapy experience a plus, but this position is strictly on site

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload (details forthcoming)
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and document results in accordance with school and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Advocate for student needs through consultation and ongoing support
