Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language challenges
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs
• Provide therapy sessions focused on achieving clear communication goals
• Maintain thorough, timely records of student progress and respond proactively to changing needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators and specialists to coordinate care
• Involve and empower families in the therapy process to ensure maximum benefit for each student

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and within a collaborative team approach
• Must have or be able to obtain licensure by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
