Key Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP CCC) in California—required
  • Demonstrated experience providing virtual/teletherapy services
  • Previous work with pediatric and school-aged populations, especially elementary and high school students
  • Preferably already credentialed to begin quickly
  • Comfortable navigating telepractice platforms and digital documentation
  • Committed to high standards of confidentiality, engagement, and student progress

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy via a secure virtual platform to assigned students
  • Complete assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate proactively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Document services and maintain compliance with school and district standards
  • Participate in virtual meetings, team consultations, and parent conferences as needed
  • Adapt therapy practices to meet individual student needs within a virtual environment
