Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP CCC) in California—required
- Demonstrated experience providing virtual/teletherapy services
- Previous work with pediatric and school-aged populations, especially elementary and high school students
- Preferably already credentialed to begin quickly
- Comfortable navigating telepractice platforms and digital documentation
- Committed to high standards of confidentiality, engagement, and student progress
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy via a secure virtual platform to assigned students
- Complete assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate proactively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document services and maintain compliance with school and district standards
- Participate in virtual meetings, team consultations, and parent conferences as needed
- Adapt therapy practices to meet individual student needs within a virtual environment
