Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility; CCC or CFY candidates considered
  • Strong clinical skills in school-based and pediatric speech-language pathology
  • Experience with evaluation, assessment, and individualized treatment planning
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and fellow service providers
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to foster a supportive classroom environment
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Support a culture of inclusivity and advocate for students’ communication needs
