Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or active application for CFY
• School-based SLP experience preferred, including pediatric caseloads
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English highly desired
• Skilled in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Familiarity with best practices in assessment, treatment, and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in students from diverse backgrounds
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create and implement IEPs
• Maintain detailed records and document student progress in accordance with school policies
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual student needs
