Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current CA state SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Recent experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct therapy to students in individual and small group settings
