Soliant has an opening for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a full-time contract in a school district near San Diego, California. This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive team while making a meaningful impact on students’ communication development. Candidates of all experience levels, including CFYs, are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses of speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Effective time management and organizational skills

Qualifications:

• Active California SLP license or eligibility
  • Licensing assistance available if needed
• ASHA CCCs preferred (CFY candidates encouraged to apply)

Education:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

Experience:

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required

Work Hours:

• 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 37.5 hours per week
