What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will also be considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Skill in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing both individual and group therapy
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct evaluations, write assessment reports, and participate in eligibility meetings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student progress
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
• Maintain thorough, accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
• Support the development of communication and language skills to facilitate academic and social success
